Great service from start to finish. The staff were polite, friendly, and professional throughout. Communication was excellent, and they were always prompt at replying to any questions or updates. They also kindly picked up and dropped off my car, which made the whole experience really convenient and stress free!

Firstly I want to say a big thank you to Anthony. I was on my way to a Mercedes Independant specialist with my SL55 for a service. Unfortunately, the car cut out on me on A272. I suspected it might be a crankshaft sensor. AA attended and confirmed. AA mechanic recommended Ultimate Autocare (1 mile away) to fix/replace it. Anthony was able to do the work the following day. He offered me a courtesy car without requesting it and asked for authorisation for 1.5 hours work plus parts which I agreed to. This job can sometimes be problematic. He called me the next afternoon to let me know the job was completed, car road tested and advised me less time was used than expected. He charged me accordingly.
I have never used this garage before. I was of course somewhat anxious but the service i received was excellent from start to finish. To receive such honesty with regards to time used/cost reflects a high level of integrity. For that alone, I would highly recommend anyone to use the services of Ultimate Auto Care.

Thank you Anthony and The Team at Ultimate Aultocare for an amazing repair to my BMW I should have posted this review in December so I apologise for the late review however I will continue to sing their praises
we have been using Ants garage for all our cars for a long time and the standard is exceptional. With friendly, welcoming service and getting a clean car at the end, what more can you ask for. Highly recommend
